yeah honestly if I just played aim trainers to improve at Val I personally would spend a little bit on Extra controlsphere because its fun, a bit on extra smoothsphere better because why not, some time on static variations and then about 2/3rds on VT AngleStrafe Advanced and Elite.
I cant tell you that this is the one best way, but I can definitely say it was the best for me
