The static* is bcs it shouldnt be smth you focus on you start playing after you have a solid smoothness foundation, and then you play static every day for less than 20% of the overall time you spend on aimtraining at the start, since its the slowest to progress, thats also why speedTS is at the end bcs by the time you hit speed TS you are so good at static that your speedTS will instantly get better due to that.
