for example i get completely lost with this type of movement and it feels like a ufo, and am not even able to read the direction they're moving
although not a great example i just have this issue where i cannot track people properly until after 5 minutes of scoping in
ive tried vod reviewing myself a lot of times and i cannot even imagine myself tracking it properly, so my mindset usually becomes "could i even do anything about that" and "how do i even physically do that"

your problem is recentering more than reactivity
you can see that from your crosshair essentially trailing a bit behind the target, but with good smoothness

3 and 4 might be a bit too hard, so stick to centering 1 and 2 for now
(centering I and II on the scenario list)
the conscious part of it is to try to purposefully aim ahead of the target, to compensate for the habit
and in bb, it's just a generally helpful to be aiming slightly to the front of the target because of bullet travel time

well, a good loadout relies on the base weapon itself a lot, since reworked or new guns have way more attachment options than old/un-reworked ones
generally going for a balance of mobility/handling with an emphasis on mobility is a good option
recoil is largely a non-issue with any actually viable assault rifles

going for recoil control is also an option, since that reduces horizontal randomness in the recoil
which makes the pattern overall easier to control and more accurate at further ranges
