Oh lol well movement and gun builds will help but if you have those try and use headglitches as much as possible, especially when fighting at range

Peak by empsliding and use super jumping as a get out of jail card

The downtime of the move(3 seconds of no movement) compared to the 0.5 seconds of a slide makes it a risky method to rush into fights if you aren't confident that you'll win

Play good farm maps, metro, warehouse, desert and even containers are all great for high kill games with easy traps

Just also watch gameplay from good players and try and implement their playstyle
