after that it's just a combination of a good map, good mode, and a team distribution thats just right
courtyard/mall/trainyard + koth/patrol are the best for high kills
after that it's just rng for an enemy team that's bad enough that you can stomp them, and your own team being bad enough to be equal to them, and more importantly aren't good at obj
