Ngl I have around 1500hrs and I'm only gm, well I'm not the fastest to improve but I'm really consistent

different learning rates I guess. It took me almost 1.1k from silver to nova complete w/ hard grinding in s3. But now w/ previous experience, it's taken me ~+100 hrs or so in the new season to reach almost gmc in both AL and kvk

well let's say that it's not a big deal, scores and vods don't seem sus at all, progression don't seem sus at all (compared to cheater like brax who went from silver to astra in 2 days)
