Geez bro 😭
I was just lookin for the most effective ones but not that many
Unless it’s all in powder form or something
eating on mousepad ❌
spreading citrulline all over your mousepad ✅
I'd rather supplement something I know I have a problem with, rather than just take whats recommended
I heard tyrosine was kinda like a mental booster
are you vegan
I get heavily mentally fatigued after like 1 game
U could get tyrosine easily from like meat or eggs
Yea true
1 egg is like 30% rdi
Dam
though I can't argue of how much u actually pick up
do you adrenaline dump first game or
Idk I still don’t think it’ll make a difference for me
I’ve ate a healthier diet before gaming I didn’t really feel a difference
Idk probably?
I just get exhausted so quickly
I can’t focus on multiple things at a time, I forget really easily, and I get tired really fast
sounds like depression honestly
is brodie getting enough sleep?
could be so many things
fr
For supplements etc just get your bloodwork done and talk with your doctor
perhaps you're just tired?
do u have alot going on in life and don't get the time to rest in between
its getting quite normal for people to always be exhausted since their brain is always getting rushes and few breaks
scrolling social media between activities etc
I always used to struggle with energy/mental when I was younger, until I watched a video on youtube that explained the correlation between your habits and energy
Most people also neglect their sleep and don't get enough
I felt better when I cut reels out of my life
these days I just sit in silence at my work place on breaks
and see others doomscrolling tiktok
Ye recently i watched a vid about reels too and now i try the same
At this point i dont see a reason to have social media anymore tbh
there isn't any reason
I always feel the best when I have no social media besides youtube installed
yet somehow I keep redownloading and downloading them
I think youtube is good tbh
so long u watch the right things
unlike where u have an algorythm pushing clutter to keep you on the app
Uhhh I try to get 6 cycles but my body doesn’t let me sleep the full amount
Because you wake up at night or what?
Nah just like an hour or 2 before the alarm and it’s just on and off
do u wake up energized or tired
Always tired
But I can’t tell if it’s a depression thing or just a sleep disorder or what
I feel fine, just fatigued
it might be something disrupting your sleep then
there is no surrounding noise?
its unnatural to wake up with less hours slept and still be tired
if u woke up energized, it'd be another story
U could be stressed
Always try to have a relatively cold room and don't eat anything for one or two hours before going to bed, maybe even put your cell phone away because of the blue light
And ofc the room has to be dark etc
the sun shines right into my window every morning
so i bought black-out curtains
made a night and day difference
Thats nice i always put my roller shutter down
i guess a normal sleep mask would do the job too if you want a budget friendly solution
🗿
wow
sounds like pain
nah
I try to make sure its dark
quiet
cold
around 67 f
I turn on night mode on everything
how much is thhat in celsius
19
19 damn
yup
15.5 to 19.4 c
below body temperature atleast
welp too bad for me who lives up north in europe 💀
bro what
I have the luck that i can almost sleep at every temp in my room
I live in sweden myself
im from the very north of norway
probably not
I love going to sleep at negative temperatures
i dont
@rose vale get bloodwork. It's boring but for mystery health issues there's not much else to do
feels like low iron levels
whar
nice psychic abilities
I already have
I had a vitamin d deficiency and started taking pills but I'm over the norm now
nothing else was low
I have depression I've been on and off medication
but I wouldn't say I'm like sad
just fatigued, sometimes unmotivated and I am putting everything off last second
yeah depression isn't really about sadness idk why it gets talked about like that
yea idk
well, you're most likely not happy if ur depressed
I used to be severely depressed
do you have to get a 1 up on everything
idk once I stopped going to school and got a gf everything has been fine for me
starting college soon tho
reminds me of ur original reply
school was very terrible for my mental health
completely disagreeing with something is not a pointless 1 up over something
completely disagreeing
it can go both ways
I literally disagreed to what ur saying
no you didn't
sadness is correlated with depressiong
depression is correlated with not being happy
doesn't mean that either of those are the same thing
"depression isn't really about sadness"
look at how depression is measured in animals
Lets just let them have it to be honest lmao
that's the objective biological definition
'isn't really' is putting it a bit off no
you could be completely stoic but still suffer from underlying depression that lessens your energy
🫃
true
but most of the time, I feel likw having no motivation and being tired all the time does cause a bit of sadness
depression is a collective term for one of many things
you are not very smart
only thing that's worth referring to here as depression is the biological definition of depression
which is your body and subconscious mind perceiving the environemt to be in a state where it's not worth expending energy
thats not what depression is though
i don't see how ur calling my less smart for saying the truth
depression IS a collective term for one of many things
Ur being to blunt disregarding psychological and social factors
the objective biological definition of depression is the actual behavioral patterns that can be resulting from psychological or social factors
but the behavioral patterns are what defines depression
not what causes it
primary fallacy
if you want to talk about depression resulting from sadness or grief just say melancholy
ur confusing behavioral patterns with societal/physcological outcomes
you can be depressed without being sad, therefore depression isn't really about sadness
and u can be sad and depressed
?
u can be happy being depressed
are you deadass
i can see that
not to get involved or anything
theres been time where i've been happy but still depressed at the same time
welp that shut
down quickly
don't worry eddie is just slow typing on phone
if u think biological factors include social withdrawl, lack of motivation or sleep disturbances u are behind
please explain that to me
I wanna get tested for ADHD but my parents said "I know you don’t have it"
are you sure you phrased this correctly
normal parent behaviour
the thing was that risingddm said he used to be depressed but isn't sad anymore, but he clearly still symptoms of depression, just without the sadness. And then you replied to that with some nonsense about depression really being about sadness? ?
Obviously social withdrawal, anhedonia and sleep disturbances are biological, these are literally measured in animals as well to study depression
What do you mean "u are behind"
ur saying that behavioral symptoms help us recognize depression, but the're not its biological defintion
Are you sure you know what you are talking about?
Idk I feel like I have a lot of the symptoms, zoning out when being talked too, poor organization, forgetful, I used to talk excessively when I was a kid but stopped doing that, say an answer before a sentence was completed, struggles to wait my turn in conversation, I struggle with focus, or I focus so hard on something (like in a game) I can’t hear people talking to me or in game audio cues
what do you think the biological definition of depression is and why it isn't behavioral
the biological definition is what happens inside the body
It's possible you have both ADHD and depression but you should focus on fixing depression until you are full of eneregy and if you still can't focus then get ADHD diagnosis
good luck fam
Are you sure you aren't thinking of the neurological definition, because biology literally does study behavior as well inside the body.
This one has felt the best, but it’s more leaned to anxiety and adhd
U get signs of B, doesn't mean its "B"
Medications can only do so much. As I said depression is fundamentally about how the body and subconscious perceives the environment in a way that makes it feel that it won't be worth using energy and you really have to either change environment or change how you perceive it
genuinely, what are you talking about
Honestly the world is shit and controlled by demonic forces. It makes sense that people are depressed but there just has to be some way of fighting back
I'm not saying that it's really about sadness, it's a mixture of things, which is why its a collective term for different symptoms
ur saying that it's not
about sadness
which is wrong
if depression is necessarily about sadness then why can people be depressed without being sad
depression isn't just sadness, its a part of it
its a collective of symptoms
which is why its a collective term
say on everything you aren't ragebaiting at this point
brother
its a COLLECTIVE TERM
U may not have it, u dont need to have it
some people do, some dont
thats why its a COLLECTIVE TERM
I think you are struggling with reading comprehension
what did I not read
apparently nothing
Perhaps ur writing just sucks
u say depression isn't about sadness which is factually wrong
psychology isn't a real science so why would use it's definition of depression over the biological one lol
thats dismissive no
I happily dismiss psychology when it's phenomena can be nicely described by actual science like biology
too bad biology alone can't define depression
It can perfectly.
so ur saying depression is fixable by treating the brain chemistry without overlooking psychological and or social factors too
no medication can fix the psychology of someone that's about to take their life
thats like trying to upgrade ur hardware but using shit software
doesn't make sense does it
That's not what I'm saying. Also do you know what a definition is
Having a definition for something doesn't mean you claim to know how to treat it as well. And psychology hasn't exactly figured out how to fix depression either
what am I dismissing here exactly
that psychological and societal matters are dismissed when using biology
wha
biology can't explain psychology to its utmost meaning
"I happily dismiss psychology when it's phenomena can be nicely described by actual science like biology"
Talking about the definition of depression here
the biological definition both the most precise and general so it's the one that should be used....
it doesnt capture the full experience though
U can't rely on one and dismiss the other factors
u have to look at it as a whole
are you serious
depression is complex for a reason
they're all different factors, u don't just rule out other factors because one is stronger than the others
I'm genuinely confused about what you are tring to prove with this because all I said that the guy should continue focusing treating his depression even he isn't feeling sadness anymore
And you are just on and on about how depression can't be talked about without the whole experience of it or something
the point i'm striking is that "depression isn't about sadness"
you forgot the really
sadness is not essential to depression
you can be depressed without being sad
depression still has to be treated even if you aren't feeling sadness
The essential feature of depression is a lack of willingness to expend energy. Literally any psychological definition you can come up with will fall under that category, yet you can feel lack of energy to do anything without feelign sad. Lack of willingness to expend energy is essential to depression, sadness isn't.
And by lack of will I don't mean just subjectively. It's the entire body going into a type of hibernation even.
This is pretty straight forward is it not? Why are you genuinely being so difficult about this
it's the universal symptom in all cases and definitions of depression
it's common but not always universal
that's how depression is defined in biology
literally
it's how depression is studied in animal models
depression involves emotions and behaviors that biology can't explain
that's melancholy not depression
depression covers a wider range of symptoms
beyond "lack of willingness to expend energy"
What I'm telling you is the scientific consensus. And I feel like getting the definition of depression correct is really important so I think it's worth getting right.
thats pre workout this has like 90
I agree with u on the scientific consensus though, my point is that depression is complex and multi-faced so relying on just one core symptom doesn’t fully capture the wide range of experiences people have with it.
read the convo from the start and look at how you are constantly changing what are you talking about
please
all you're saying is that depression is one sided and that depression is defined by a lack luster of symptoms otherwise its considered melancholy (which is an outdated term in comparison to depression, since depression is now expanding into a wider form of different symptoms). U have to look at it from a wider thought outside of what biology or science can produce as its no longer the common ground for science itself. U refuse to believe that psychology is a science and u dismiss psychological factors when accounting to depression
I've been saying the same thing over and over again
That is not what I was saying at any point and you might genuinely have reading comprehension issues.
Depression is complex and can't just be looked from a science point of view
which part?
The scientific definition is the base that you can start building from.
all of it
By certain psychological definitions you need sadness to be depressed. What I'm saying is that there is a core symptom of depression that defines it, and then you can start looking at other factors
definition used by psychologists
and within depression it focuses on a persons thoughts, emotions and behaviors
U can't just overlook those, biology can't explain all emotions either
that's not what is being claimed
you either can't read or you are ragebaiting
so how in the world can biologic science be used as a standpoint
I genuinely care about healing depression and think if people understand it and can spread that understanding the world can become a better place and I tried my goddamn hardest to explain to you but Im just done.
Please just review what I have already said. If you have a question that isn't a repeat of what you have said I will answer.
half of said things you've said just represents fallacy
either you're wording things wrongfully or u have no idea what you're saying
.
.
I never said u NEED to be sad if you're depressed
thats just a narrow interpretation of depression
.
ur using a narrow interpretation as THE defintion of depression
thats a fallacy itself
as a fun exercise try to come with a definition for depression that is incopatible with mine
Dont even need a definition
emotional detachment and lack of anhedonia production proves ur definition a fallacy
what does "lack of anhedonia production" mean
google is free
fairly sure you were the first person to type that phrase
it correlates with ur point to only a specific
"lack of willingness to expend energy"
normally emotions direct you to do something, the detachment from emotinos plays into the inhibition of energy expenditure because the normal behavioral responses to the emotions aren't happening
yeah but "anhedonia production"
Also yeah literally in anhedonic conditions the things that would normally stimulate you to expend energy don't effect you anymore.
U don't need to feel emotions to want to do things though
so if u have anhedonia you normally still would want to do things, just not as many
Yes smartass that's the point, not as many.
No.
obviously with 0 energy expenditure you'd be dead 🙂
an anhedonic person uses the same amount of energy as a normal person, just in other areas that don't require emotional reward
and they'd still have the want to do less things
you are literally just saying whatever shit to disagree with 0 regard to literature
You won. Fucking genius ragebait
😂
I agree with you, I just tried using an ai application against it
its called cluely
I get paid, don't take it personal
You made him quit or something 💀
yoo this hurts so much
is that normal
Anyone know any stretches that target the muscles in the thighs? Started band camp a couple days ago and spent basically a total of 14 hours between two days straining and working my legs so walking doesn't feel so great. Would highly appreciate it
how does he even do that
Do what? Just bend his wrist down?
idk if id bend my wrist down that much it would break off
with a closed fist yea
can u elaborate?
@ornate dragon please help
the part between the index and middle finger knuckle is hurting whenever I play Aimlabs.
Any idea on what it is and what I can do to alleviate the pain?
@tough crow please help
Put it in ice
@somber fable please
oh ok
Hope it helps
If you turn it off and on again
That works too
Maybe factory reset it
If first 2 don't work
i tried factory reset already brooooo
You didn't do it right
oh
Your parents probably have it too then and are coping
when aiming is my wrist supposed to rest on the pad or arch slightly, mine is raised quite a bit
Dead ass I got you
What does it feel like?
Is it in pain when you move it in a particular direction
Does it feel like there’s constantly too much tension
Just exercise and use the most comfortable position
That's a good thing
i have same here hurts so much after i changed my sens from 0.51 to 0.59 as a 400dpi and played a dm after i tried bunch of senses it sucks this hurt feeling i got ice bt i wanna learn how to fix or i shouldnt play for a couple days
im starting to develop a bit of pain in my wrist on the palm side, its pretty new, seems to be worse after sleeping. Only on my aiming hand
oh shit
im like 90% sure I just slept on it wrong one night, but what if it was carpal tunnel or some shit 😭
i hope u did sleep on it
google made it sound like De Quervain's tenosynovitis, but I dont have pain when I make a fist or anything, so its probably just a minor strain
i think you're dying
you wish I was dying, completely different 😌
Love you Arsong
❤️
less tension, more stretching and exercise
hi
HELP
my fingers just slowly slip downwards back into a palm grip
without tension keeping them in claw
im using a g502 its too heavy for a claw in the first place
and why am i using it
I NEED BUTTONS
might wanna get a new mouse for fps then
i have other mouses
but this one has 5 buttons to work with
other have 2
u dont need more for fps
nah I don't think so, I think they just see kids with adhd and go "you act nothing like that" in their heads, but ADHD can differ alot between people
I don't think any of you know what ADHD is. See a doctor that specializes in it
Yep I’m trying
no one knows what adhd is
my teammates said i had adhd because i was overpeeking
ADHD is actually pretty obvious when you know the symptoms
Lack of impulse control and executive function
whats executive function
The ability to order yourself, e.g. get out of bed, do chores, do your homework
oh
Felt
Idk if putting everything off or forgetting easily are common symptoms
yeah
Dr Russell Barkley on youtube has done his lifework on this
if you want a good source
That’s probably the biggest problems I have
Especially in game, I forget easily or I get so hyper focused on 1 thing, I am not aware of literally anything around me
Like people yelling in my ear lol
Sounds like the meds will be an easy fix then
bless you
I hope I find what works, I’ve been on and off so many
This one has felt the best, and it’s leaned towards anxiety and adhd
Actually I could be wrong, I think it’s bupropion
For ADHD, it's either methylphenidate or amphetamine based medication
I’m not like diagnosed so I don’t think I can actually take those
Trying to figure out someone I could see tho
I know a lot of ADHD people who use that alongside ADHD medication
Yes, they're legally considered the same as street amphetamine, so you'd need a diagnosis and prescription
I definitely feel better on it, but I still have a lot of fatigue issues and other symptoms
It's because of that damn phone
after aimlabsing a bit my eyes die and my biceps die
how fix ???
i dont care about pain but its affecting my accuracy and scores...
Hello
So when I play on my pc
And put my hands on the desk
My delts and shoulders hurt
Ive never had this problem
It started happening like few days ago
take a break broski
I barely play broo
Im on my pc like 2 or 3 hours a day
Look out the window as far as you can or go outside
How do your biceps die? Do you like workout too much or something
20-20-20 rule, every 20 minutes look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds
hello it's been a few days that my little finger + a part of my palm is painful and tingling ive read on google that this could be cubital tunnel syndrome do u guys have any specific stretch i could do to help
i should probably rest also but the thing is that i don't play that much so i don't even know why i got that in the 1st place
and if i should do complete rest like not use my arm at all how long it should be
do stretches and see if it gets better
which kind of stretches exactly
i was thinking of doing this https://bit.ly/wristandpostureguide
get off
@sage isle
@sage isle
@sage isle
why is evryone tagging viet
Minions
@sage isle
bro i have same i cant even miss people because i keep focusing on whatever i do and my mind is never free to think about anyone so people keep accusing me of not loving them but it really is not like that its just i dont have anytime to actually miss them cuz i keep focusing on stuff so much and sometims i dont even hear them and i forget so damn easy and i really dont have a good willpower ig whats the easiest way to understand if i have it or no when i did some research i have found that i might have a one where it makes me hyperfocus and its a level where its not too much:/
Learn to type
Use . and ,
Let me try to do it for you
bro why so agressive 😭
Bro, i have same. i cant even miss people, because i keep focusing on whatever i do and my mind is never free to think about anyone, so people keep accusing me of not loving them, but it really is not like that. Its just i dont have anytime to actually miss them, cuz i keep focusing on stuff so much. Sometims i dont even hear them, i forget so damn easy, i really dont have a good willpower. ig whats the easiest way to understand, if i have it or no. when i did some research i have found that i might have a one where it makes me hyperfocus and its a level where its not too much:/
If u type like that, no one can understand you
But yes, go see a doctor/nurse or talk to an adult if you think you might have adhd
I still kinda understood that lol
How do u expect people to help u after giving them brain damage
i really dont understand what i did
U wrote a bunch of sentences into one sentence
Ur entire message is one fat sentence
i use but and etc. it doesnt work like that? because i read again and its pretty understandable for me idk lmao
holy shit its like i read my biography
DAYUM MY BAD BRO 😭
i kinda came up with a fix for this, try to make a schedule in your head. so like after this i do this and this, and whenever ur done with something then u remember the other. and if you are playng a game like cs or marvel rivals, make a mental image of the real time map and try to like refresh it every couple of seconds. idk if this will work for anyone else but me tho
The fix is to get diagnosed and medicated
If it’s adhd
Cuz the real problem with adhd is that you can make a million plans, but you’ll never execute any of them
The adhd paradox: "Tomorrow ill go get diagnosed"
fails to execute the plan
Ask for help
And put your energy and focus into taking the first step
If you don’t help yourself, no one will
Idek if my parents will even let me see someone for ADHD
Cuz they "know" I don’t have it
Go watch Dr Russell Barkley vids so you understand ADHD better so you can argue it better
to your parents
Otherwise it's very difficult as you're probably a broke boy and most ADHD diagnosis requires some statement from parents
Wym by broke boy 😭
do u have $300 to throw away at 1hr doctor appointment
I have enough, would prefer not too
Idk if I would count myself with adult symptoms at 17
I turn 18 this month actually so
Like 11 days
I assume I’d likely align more with adult symptoms
depends on how good your recollection is, it doesn't really matter
if you can remember stuff from your childhood
How should I calm myself down in between rounds/games? Whenever I die I get kinda mad and it tilts my and throws my game
Also how can I be more confident? In modes other then comp I’m always doing well and feeling fine but in comp I just get really nervous and not confident and start whiffing bad shots and peeking poorly
confidence comes from time spent doing something. the more you play, the more situations you have been in and the less caught out youll be. But pressure can set you back. Im just gonna assume ur playing like tacfps. just forget about your rank. if its like cs or valo, your rank will reset at some stage for a new season. try to not hold much value in your rank. because if youre getting better, the rank follows. Every rank or elo you chase, once you get there youll be chasing another. So just do your best but remind urself its a game, dont get too stressed out about it
and with getting mad, the best advice is just ask yourself why youre angry. take note of it and either realise its a stupid reason, or if its a gameplay related note it down and specifically practice for it. In games someone's gotta die and someones gotta live. just gotta come to accept that
look out of the window
I've spent a lot of time playing Minecraft (over 13 years) nervously and when playing in €200-€1500 tourneys I get nervous still so idk how applicable the more you play the less nervous you get is, I could just be a special case tho
I never cared about winning or losing either but I still would play terribly
is it normal that wrist and hand stretches make me jittery? maybe its just because my muscles are loose? or I just didn't wait long enough for it to go back to normal
That’s the function of ur body
U can look into more research but stretching in ways or limits you’re not used to makes ur muscles spasm
Either that, or ur dehydrated
I assume it’s just because I’m not used to it lol, I drank water before that, I mean some caffeine but it was with water as well
I’d recommend only doing stretches after or in between sessions if you experience fatigue or jitters
do it before imo
I mean would it make you feel more loose before you even start?
That’s the reason I tried it
yeah
But also I only waited like 5 mins after so
my shoulders and wrists are locked up before i play typically
feel 10x after 5 mins of stretching
If u stretch before when you’re not used to it (when u experience jitters) it’s because ur body just has a stretch reflex
It’s better to start off doing it after sessions for optimal improvement
If you’re feeling stiff, that’s because u are stiff
It doesn’t matter if u stretch before or after in the long run
Idek what feeling stiff really feels like
you dont until you feel limber
Not like he gets more loose if he gets jitters from it anyways
sounds like hes over doing it
Just do it after to begin with, u can do them before when you’re more used to it
It’s very easy to overdo it with small muscles
Either he’s dehydrated or unused to it
otherwise it’s the caffeine
I’m also like super bad at describing things I’ve felt so it’s just hard for me to tell what’s going on 😭
I doubt it’s the caffeine I have a pretty high tolerance
Probably just not used to it
I think I’m just gonna try to half the caffeine and stretch way earlier like 30 mins before and see how that goes
too long of a wait imo
I waited like 5 mins
Would it just like not do anything after that long or
Also how much water should I usually aim for a day?
just drink whenever you are thirsty
if you need an arbitrary number go for 1L at least
That’s the thing I used to drink like nothing 💀
I am trying to drink more but like a year or so ago I’d drink probably no more than a bottle of water
Over the entire day
I might’ve gotten water from other things
I heard the daily intake was like 64 to 88 or something like that, but I mean I used to just sit around all day, now I basically stand around all day at work but not under extreme heat or anything
To be fair a lot of what we eat on a daily basis has water in it
Milk, fruits&veggies
You might not need to drink just water unless you exercise/sweat
well like i said, pressure can set you back. the difference is youre playing for money.
nice cat
haha its not mine unfortunately lol
it's not as if I cared about winning the money especially because I knew that I was realistically not winning
How do I get rid of forearm pain
I’ve tried taking breaks even took a 2 week break at one point but it comes back almost instantly. Maybe I’m using to much tension idk
make sure you use your entire arm when playing, even at high sens
also yes, you should experiment with how little tension you can use
yo my upper forearm and bicep area stresses up when I aim...Any fix? (Even tho i usually try to have a calm tension on my wrists)
how is your arm positioned? is there an elevation between your arms? pressure on a certain muscle/joint?
my wrists are cooked
U could say theirs a 135° angle between my arm and humerus bone (The bicep stuff). My arm is just rested on the table. Elbow is kinda hanging out.
i bought braces then got a high score
hey! I got into aim training like 2-3 days ago and I think I got too much into it 😅 I played a lot of hours trying to push all my scores to gold, but I probably did something wrong, when I do some movements that involve my index finger and middle finger I feel a little bit of pain on the middle of my forearm closer to the wrist and also in the middle of my wrist
If you're this laid back, you might overstress the forearm and biceps because they have to fill in the role of the shoulder
Try having a more upright posture so you can engage the pecs, shoulders, etc to move the entire arm
Gotcha bro. Thanks
litteraly went up 20% in score on verttrack by following the exact advice i gave you lol
lmao
bro liike
just made a posture check, pb jumps lol
bring the scapula together, lift your chin up and back lol
ez
DAMN bro. Imma try it out
🗿
i capped at 1850, sry bro didnt rise to #1 lol
If y'all play long sessions of aim trainers do you take little breaks?
Ye
Ofc buddy, if you deadlift are you going at it for 2h straight ?
Went back to sleep and woke up with what I can only describe as incredible shoulder pain
Starting from the back right of my neck towards my upper shoulder
Contracted the traps and most likely pinched a nerve
Shit hurts that's for sure
If you got a tennis ball, stick it betwee your chair and your back
Roll it over the area and enjoy the pain lol
Hurts more if I look up and to the right
Not as bad as tooth nerve pain but does feel like nerve pain
Yeah, it's a bitch of an area to deal with
Has about 6 years of constant pain on the leftside of my neck
Use the tennis ball it's a good method
This is the most bs intermediate scenario 😤
overuse in right arm and causing me rib/arm pains ive been playing through it too for around 4 months recently its been so bad can anyone help pmo to different pt
Nah tbh all of intermediate is bs, i'm just under the thresholds for all scens, like literally 50 points under and can't get thr scores to climb 💀
Friend if it reaches your ribs you're cooked
Should've gone and see a doc much earlier
fucking gege
i can tell ngl
hurts so bad bro
i’ve been getting massages and different types of pt like dry needling too
it just comes back
my pt said i should be fine to play i just need weekly appointments should i trust this ?? it just has been getting worse overtime
been icing hella too
Yeah that makes sense, the cause of my problems probably is that I kept pushing even though I was fatigued
I'll try to take more breaks and see how that works
Fingers are tingling and I have no idea why
this isnt helping. Merely subsiding the pain temporarily
is this an actual doctor ? or yet another US bullshit type of stuff ?
you either need a kinesiotherapist or better yet a sports specialized doc to examine your injury
you're the one who's going to bear the consequences of "pushing through it" so i guess it's your choice
I think i'm gonna have to make educational videos about that topic at some point, i reply the same things over and over in this discord
can someone tell me exactly how i sit and put my arm on the desk when aim training , after every session my right shoulder and trap muscles are fatigued , has to be my posture right , i feel like my posture isn't even bad but those muscles still hurt
i have a similar issue , the only thing that works is completely resting for a straight month
your muscles are damaged and they need repair
I think i gotta buy a new desk , this one is way too high
I have the same problem I’m feeling like a child sitting on phone books 😂
It affects my wrists more than I thought
That was the one thing i'd point to, good thing you figured it out
my shoulder hurts arfter i play for a bit and usually hinders my aim. do i work on posture or get a better chair that supports my back (lowkey i prob get a new chair cause my chair doesnt support my back properly)
Try sitting with your booty as far back as you can into the chair, then lift your head and roll the shoulders back (bringing the scapulae together)
hah booty
how can i avoid tennis elbow while playing low sens? i realized that if i play low sens for some days my elbow starts to hurt and if i stop and change to a way higher sens it stops hurting after some time. I have linked this to arm moving a lot. Is there any way to get rid of it, or avoid it? i want to play low sens because its fun but my arm hurts too much if i do it for too long
stretch and exercise
I was aim training yesterday. And the upper part of my bicep was hurting And I tried Adjusting it differently but it does not seem to help And it continues to hurt while aim training
tf?
Does someone know if strabismus could affect aim in some way?
If you're really close to the monitor no, if you're far away then yes
If the strabismus is not settled in that much, havung a doc to run you through eye muscle exercise can reverse it
can forearm tension after extended sessions be solved by stretching or should i strengthen the muscles there by exercising
both
is there anything that can help with eye strain? I've been playing games almost every day for many years and I got a lot of red veins in my eyes. I got blue light glasses, I try not to play in the dark, and I take breaks every hour or so. If I take a break from screens for a few days, it gets better, but otherwise it doesn’t. I wonder if the only thing that helps is taking a break or?
I've heard people recommend to do this: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds
It makes your eyes re adjust
A thing I've benefited from doing recently is to just make sure that every time I finish a ranked game, I get up and walk around my house and give me eyes a relief. Plus this is a good chance to drink some water, get a snack, brush your teeth etc. etc.
Seriously if your gaming group is still just raw dogging ranked for eight hours straight with only short 2 minute pee breaks you really need to stop
So what I do sometimes is after I've played my ranked game for 45 minutes and had my shit absolutely griefed by randoms outside of my three stack, I go down to the kitchen and refill my water bottle, walk around the house for a bit just stretching my legs, and then I stare out my backyard window at something far away contemplating my choices in life
Y'know sipping at the water bottle occasionally
It's like the healthy version of a smoke break
Then after about ten minutes of being AFK I get back to ranked
reduce monitor brightness, sit away further
do you guys have any remedies for fixing a shattered sleeping schedule
I think a lot of my own fucked up sleep comes from watching youtube in bed late into the night. If you can accept it's what needs to be done, it'd probably be best to make your bed a no-phone area if you haven't already
I know most nights I only finally get to sleep when I turn off my phone/get up and put it on my desk out of arms reach, no matter how much I'd really like to be lulled into my dreams by Jacob Geller
yea ive heard about it too, i'll try to do it often i can tell the benefits
true, taking breaks often help definitely, i do smoke weed whole day while playing and forget it's been hrs i play sometimes lmao
i did, it helps for sure
simple but not the easiest, do not sleep for an entire day
u'll be dead but have the best sleep
Your eyes might hurt because of the cannabis fwiw, I know when I was a teenager and used to smoke a lot I'd wake up the next day and my eyes would just hurt so bad
yep i need to stop or dont smoke when i play
might give much stress to the eyes + intense gaming no good combo
A little treat harms no one but ever since I moved weed to just being an occasional thing I've felt a lot better yes
Oh, another thing I hear recommend to help eye strain is having a soft light behind your monitor
So you don't game completely in the dark but there's also no light glaring off the screen or anything, or a bulb directly shining in your eyes
i see, ive heard that before, only problem is i lie there for 3 hours in straight dark not able to sleep
i'm glad u were able to, not the easiest thing for me to do
yaa bias lightning i had one before
it broke, was helpful
lol typically the opposite, i stay up for an entire day and go to bed at a normal time, never works though
like 24hrs awake?
yep
Yeah I'm sorry, I struggle with that too occasionally and haven't a clue how to make it stop. It might help to sleep with a fan on so the white noise blocks out any sound you might be hyperfocusing on in your painfully awake state
Fans can also help with temperature redistru
uff
what you do in life?
i mean you do something physical
helps to numb ur body
normally i just go to class, im pretty inconsistent with going to the gym
Oh yeah I hear that too. Even just walking every day if you can
Doesn't need to be crazy strenuous exercise or targeted training but yeah going on walks can be good for wearing out the body just enough to help with sleep
sitting whole day isnt enough yeaa
ok ok, yeah i can definitely try that
I walk and bus everywhere since I can't drive (low vision) and every time I get home from a day out I just crawl in bed and hoooonk shoooo hoooonkk shooooo
🚴
thanks for the recommendations yall
maybe i'll finally be able to message here at a normal time
Sometimes bad since I'll get home at like 4pm and just go to sleep instantly and then whoop if I don't get woken up I sleep till like midnight
i feel that
The sigma female grindset: wakeup every day at midnight because you were eepy after getting home
XD
ngl i had a lot in the past this and sometimes still but it kinda stop when i work cause my body is active a lot otherwise my sleep is fucked i'll always sleep at 5/6am and like you, closing my eyes for hours in bed nothing happening, thoughts rushing blablabla. One thing that can help you i'm sure is meditation, learning how to shut your thoughts
Best advice i can give for sleep : consistent bedtime, consistent wakeup times. Let the body it's autopilot thing after that. Hard rule to sleep at said time, no phone no nothing. Once the alarm rings, you get up without question. Its the best thing I've found tbh, aside from more exercise durong the day
One thing I've been trying to implement in my life is when I am in my bedroom, my phone gets plugged in at my desk's power bar and I don't use it unless someone calls or texts me
Anything technological I do on my computer. It's been tough to implement and I've failed a lot but I want to try harder again soon
Just stopping scrolling on your phone is so good for you. You have more fun in the day, get more work done, sleep better
WRT waking up from alarms, having your phone away from your bed and on your desk is very helpful btw. In order to stop the annoying sound waking you up, you have to take X steps out of bed and turn it off
Boom! You're out of bed instantly and can start the day

Does anyone else here have fibromyalgia and get flare ups on your elbow that affects your whole arm?

what are some of the best wrist/forearm/shoulder stretches to do b4 or after aiming.
hello, is losing 5kg (was obese) in a month and a half a good rate? not too fast? I don't want to have loose skin
you could slow it down a little i think
Its good, 1kg a week is normal
If you go from obese to a normal like 10-15% bodyfat you'll get loose skin most likely, no way around that
damn, I heard if I grow muscle and doing it slow could help escape that
is it really unavoidable?
I'm in a 3rd world country so the surgery for that isn't too easy to get
loose skin is much preferable to being fat
just don't be obese
you'll die
oh wait I should probably add the details so you guys get a better picture
I was 101kg, 170cm, now I'm at 97 or 98kg and I only started going to the gym on like july 3 ish
you can minimize it by doing those
I hope so
I'll just try to slow down the weight loss I guess
loose skin removal is much much much harder here than it is for others
it's enough to give you generational debt
lmfao
loose skin isn't the end of the world, you're still going to be 10x more healthy
you got it
yup but I'll try my best to keep it as minimal as I can
I'm trying to feel and look better after all
just workout man
loose skin isn't a real problem
lmfao
It's like a problem you have when you have ran out of problems
fair, I don't think I'll have time to worry about that when I'll be digging my grave as I work on my thesis by that time
Oh yeah your weight loss might slow down a lot if you get too busy to get constant exercise
by that point, it's a non-problem
nah my current sched is already graveyard, I go to the gym at like 7pm at earliest or 8pm (today for example) and the gym closes at 9 lmfao
i wouldnt be too concerned about loose skin at ur weight. it can depend how rapid the weight loss is but 100kg to say 80 or something youll have very little if any loose skin unless you literally eat nothing and cut hell badly
aim to lose 0.5kg a week or so, and youll be fine
and generally, the younger you are the less likely youll have loose skin because of the elasticity of younger skin
I'm 22, should still count as young right? With the current pace I'm going at I'm basically losing around like .5kg to 1kg a week, I don't stress too much on a diet since I didn't want to suffer more than just added exercise, so maybe I'll be safe?
Of course lmao
Also I’m pretty sure at some point your weight loss will slow down. Or at least should slow down
I have an inkling it might speed up actually...
because
I like jogging
and running
I like find it fun
Then keep doing that
Yo my forearms pain a lot when im using my mice. I wanna know if my mouse (which is 95g btw lol) is the main reason or is it poor arm health in general
It’s likely that’s you’re overtensing too much which puts a lot of strain on your arm when playing
This is what happens lol
I usually try to keep my grip tension low but imma look into it once..Thanks for the suggestion
yeah dude you have nothing to worry about imo. plus, even if you did, your skin will adjust. The loose skin you're worried about and envisioning is like people who are 200kg losing 1-2kg or even more a week
hello guys, quick question, could a broken hand (the wrist part) result in bad aim ? I started training smoothness again after some years and i realised that while i track to the right the aim gets incredibly shaky compared to the smoothness i have while i track to the left
yes and no, it depends on what and how much of mobility and strength you lost because of that injury. if you had therapy and worked on regaining those functions, unlikely. if you didnt work on it properly, yes totally that could be the case. in your specific example of tracking to the right and being smooth, its something completely normal and everyone struggles with it in every skill level. novice players more, advanced players less. tracking to the right with your wrist has naturally more tension in that movement. if not trained, youre pressing your mouse more into the mousepad than to the left. theres a mechanical reason in your wrist for that to happen, but since its a problem everyone has, not something to nerd about
i wont say im a beginner i was jade full if im not mistaking(the green rank from intermediate) but its like really bad i will record when i get the chance the difference is massive
depends on how bad the break was, how it healed etc. I will say the issue you have, where one direction is a bit shakier than another, is something that most people experience when starting/getting back into aim training. So it doesn't necessarily mean that its because of the break its happening.
usually after a week or two of training pretty consistently, and getting better at managing tension, youll find it starts to go away
If anyone wants to offer a solution: Sometimes when aim training I reach a point where I feel like my wrist is using too much rom which is making it hard for my arm to take care some of the issues without having to reset my wrist. For ex: in tracking 180 when I get close to 170-180 degrees my wrist caps out just before it and makes it challenging to fully track the target.
depends on the scenario but you usually want to track with arm and wrist
My fingertips been hurting from playing and idk what to do about it
Like the fingerpads
Any advice?
Stop squeezing so much
I went 30 and 5 next game after managing my tension... I was definitely gripping too hard and idk why
My hand cramps up from long sessions of aim training and playing using claw grip, any tips on how to relieve the pain
i use a gpx superlight and have smallish hands, was wondering if the shape of the mouse could be a factor in this, so i was thinking of switching to a op18k or smth idk
I put the video in the wrong channel I think. Anyways iv been dealing with rhomboid pain. It seems leaning back into my chair helps. Thought’s? I’m working on posture.
whenever i track my wrist shakes idk if its cause i use high sens and only aim with wrist but my wrist shakes
that could be tension but idk much
anyone know why my back right shoulder aiming shoulder gets many knots and when i move my arm in circles it cracks every single time
Guys is vaping while playing gonna affect my aim that much or is it irrelevant
Nicotine relaxes you, so I’d say it might even be a plus.
It's a net negative for your health long term and it creates such an addiction that can be negative to performance
as someone who uses nicotine, yes and no. It is a stimulant, so it can be useful for focus. But too much nicotine can make you shaky etc. Like eebro mentioned the addiction aspect too, sometimes if youre in too deep you can experience tiredness and fatigue which will impact your performance
@obsidian comet I vape 6mg nicotine, how long between puffs, I've done a research on this but I would like to hear from someone else
if u need stimulants to focus, just get diagnosed for adhd zzz
I have no idea with vapes to be honest with you. Vapes ive found hit too hard and get me sick. But if youre addicted id suggest you look into nicotine gum or snus to transition to. Probably the least amount of carcinogens to be exposed to and less chance of impacting your performance negatively
Overall though if youre worried about performance id say to quit alltogether if possible
a coffee will be way more beneficial than nicotine
got ya, thank you so much for taking the time
All good. i do believe nicotine in a vacuum is slight performance enhancer but because of its addictive qualities and us being human its hard to take it in a reasonable fashion so it ends out being detrimental
I vape i think 20mg nicotine and aim training is lowkey helping me quit lmao, i tried to quit last week and couldnt for the life of me i got the shakes and was super irritated and couldnt think about anything but vaping but yesterday i aim trained for like 12 hours and didnt hit the vape once
aim training might be the best way ive found to quit nic keeps your brain too occupied to think about it
You can try dopamine anchoring with nic after good trials
It's not easy with like addictive substances, but it should work. Ive been trying to quit nic as it makes carpul tunnel symptoms worse, a long with reducing your healing.
Is there a way for me to get in contact with a physio therapist from 1hp?
If you have carpal tunnel syndrome you need diagnosis and surgery
If your hand/wrist is hurting, you need to do exercises/stretches
Their website should have materials on it
On 1hp website buddy
I keep having a problem that whenever I aimtrain or play my upper arm gets tense and I dont know how to fix it, I dont think it can be because of my desk or my seat height (Desk 73cm high and seat height is 55cm) and I wonder what it could be and if anyone else has this problem or could help me
do you feel like you have to lift your arm alot when aiming. If so your desk might be too tall for you so either raise your chair or lower the desk
I dont really feel like I need to raise my arm alot, just to recenter the mouse and I think 73cm desk height and 55cm seat height are pretty optimal so I really wonder what could be the problem for me
might be worth really paying attention to your arm while aim training and trying to figure out whats causing it. the only other thing i think it could be is a mobility problem possibly?
Relax your wrist
I feel like I already do, I for a long time had struggle with tensing my hand and wrist too much and actively work on not doing that atm
Nah cuz then they throw you on some fucked ass amphetamine for life
Yeah, because it works for adhd
read the studies dumdum
Yeah i mean i take vyvanse
Im not actually against it, but there is no real way to diagnose adhd
you go down there
say you had trouble focusing in school (as everyone does) and you fill out some checklist
then they perscribe you a stimulant
lmao
Havnt been able to do this in a while I'm out of shape I have scoliosis so I don't really run that much but I'm trying to do 10k 1 day rest next and repeat
Did 11k the other day
But my feet and legs are killing me after
in one of the 1hp videos hes using this thing but the amazon link says its unavailable does anyone know a substitute
can somebody tell me the correct static technique, specifically trying to get rid of hand pain
Do it more often
Any advice on shoulder pain?
pain on palm where the fleshy part which is connected to the thumb, feelings of needles around the forearm where the palm is facing toward the sky. thumb feels a lot weaker in general but can complete all required day to day tasks.
pain has come from since receiving a new mouse, originally when using this mouse it was very comfortable with no pain but since has been painful. i can still play videogames with minimal discomfort but my performance has considerably worsened.
is this an adjustment period or a medical issue
Stretches and if that doesn’t help, massage
If it’s from esports, adjust your position and do exercises
How do your middle and index finger feel
If you lose grip strength as well or have other symptoms, it could carpal tunnel, most likely you’re just gripping ur mouse too hard and not doing stretches
thank you for the reply, middle and index finger are both fine, by other symptoms what do you mean. I'm not entirely certain if my grip strength has weakened, i was using a g pro x superlight before my pain and when my pain occurred I was using a op1w which is considerably smaller. at first it was fine no pain, now its starting to hurt and i assume my grip hasnt changed at all
Just do stretches then
Does anyone do copious amounts of test?
You mean like gym workout?
yea
Oh ok
So like a week ago now i was hard pushing for pasu jade and after like 1 hr 30 of trying i finally got it then the next day my wrist started hurting in the pic shown here and fast forwarding to today these two areas i circled are feel weird/painful sometimes more so the wrist any idea why and how to solve?
its mainly the wrist, but when i apply pressure to the other area circled it does hurt too
Gym takes a lot of grip strength if ur just getting started
It will go away with time
very light stretching consistently, drink water, eat healthy and don't stress it at all. Also sleep well
Stretches and exercise
any specific stretches or no
any specific stretches or no
Check hp1 or dr levi on youtube
word
I started developing some discomfort / soreness? In the area surrounding my index finger and thumb, extending to my wrist. It only seems to happen in cases where I'm aiming and clicking (for reference, I mainly play valorant) this only started happening in the last week and I've tried different mice, different stretches, and icing it. I currently am maining the wlmouse strider. Any advice or recommendations?
I have a problem where whenever I aim train, the right side of my wrist, near the bone that sticks out a little starts to ache
Any advice?
hey guys sorry if thbis is a common question but whenever i grip my mouse and lock in (it makes my aim better idk) the lower/pinky finger side of my hand starts aching
hello how are you
good boy
what 😭
Doesnnt make your aim better, it's just what you're used to and it's a bad habit
u should probably learn abt tension control, viscose has a really good video abt it
How should i stretch my arm if i have pain in the elbow?
guys today i play sport and my hand had been shaking after that and even now my hand even still shaky should i take a break today?
am pretty new so i dont need to lose "consistency" which i think one day is not that much
Rest is more beneficial than detrimental, take your break man
good shit
Any1 else here have otosclerosis or hearing loss?
i always have neck/shoulder stiffness/pain after about 30 minutes of aim training
is this a posture issue? im not sure since ive always had neck issues
i tend to lean forward and nerd neck unconsciously after a while
my eyes are straining
blue light glasses
also helped me sleep a lot better
Weird question, does it make everything look a different color similar to sunglasses?
nope just like wearing glasses
But does the screen itself look like it has a blue light filter
Honestly I’d like it but I feel like it’s hard to wear glasses with headphones
And iems are alright but they fall out of my ears a lot same with my AirPods, earwax buildup or something idk
mine dont but i have real prescription glasses
ive got IEMs theyre really good
question, would grip strengtheners do anything in the muscles of the hand that could be beneficial in aim?
I know they work forearm, wrist, and the finger flexor muscles and maybe some other stuff
yeah for the reasons you mentioned
basically you will build strength and endurance by virtue of strength
which is good for aim directly and indirectly. It's directly good for something like reactive because you have more explosive power to flick back onto target quickly and fatigue less whilst doing so. It's good indirectly because having more endurance means more effective training means better long term aim gains
I see, thank you
just make sure to progress
consistently
in other words don't stagnate on one weight
always push yourself to do more each session, sometimes you won't be able to but push each time as if you could
Be careful with this, ad it's easy to train strength + pkay afterwards for long sessions and injure yourself real fast
Hello, does anyone know how to relieve the pain in the wrist?, every time if i bend it to pick something up it always hurts
It felt like my hand was being pulled very tightly by a rope
yeah it's important to not overdo it
I use a rice bucket for recovery
ok I keep getting shoulder pain while arm aiming and I don't know what to do, here's what I've tried so far
ideal position is 1 without armrests
modify the height of desk and chair
Im not sure if this is the right channel, but when I track a target, the front and back of the target looks very fuzzy, and the target looks stretched out. This makes me feel like I am not able to focus properly on the target I'm tracking and sometimes space out for a split second which makes me not adjust my crosshair and lose the target... Is this normal or is there something wrong with my eyes?
@summer trout spammer spotted
do u have any eye imparment, or need glasses, the way it sounds for me, is either bad eye sight, you could be really tired or a issue with monitor ghosting and that, sometimes felt that way but normally its if i denie wear my glasses or just incredibaly tired
What's your refresh rate ?
i feel anxiety in my chest after aim training too long, my aim gets a little shaky too if im too overfocused. any way to fix?
Could be your panel's overdrive settings, if they're pushed too hard you'd have smearing on the screen
Learn to do it calmly, and try to remain calm for longer amounts of time. Consciously focusing isn’t a thing. It’s not healthy. Breathe, stretch yo legs a bit🦵 When you get tense or focus too hard, mistakes will happen and precise adjustments can be worse. When you’re calm, you’re smooth and in control. If you have to start slow then start slow. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast, and you’re in control, not your nerves.
Ideally, you should feel as calm as if you are watching TV or reading a book. Your muscles are working but your mind should remain at peace as much as you can manage while you’re playing.
Being too competitive can pull you out of that rational state too.
And eventually your hand and wrist will get fatigued so don’t be too hard on yourself for missing over a really small jitter or aim skipping or something after like an hour of that shit.
my fingers and hand started to hurt in different places (not my wrist) after the first time I played the fundamental playlist, and they've been hurting for a few days. They don't hurt much when I'm exercising. Is there anything I can do about it?
Maybe change how you grip the mouse?
i am having pains in the knuckle and first joint of my index finger presumably from pressing the mouse repeatedly, any advice?
@tame marten
can anyone help me with wrist pain when i relax my arm on my desk my wrist lifts upwards and floats because of this i have to push my wrist downwards and i think thats whats causing the pain my desk hight is 72 cm i cant go lower and my chair is all way up if i have my arms next to my body at a 90 degree angle they are under the table if anyone could let me know if this is the cause would appreciate it thanks
Hello, does anyone have any information on injuries to the bottom area of the forearm (flexor muscles if im not mistaken)? I seem to have pulled or strained it or something and Id like to know why and if I can do anything to help it
when i do vertical tracking i take some tension off of my arm leaning against the desk and it causes so much fatigue in my neck and shoulders, any tips to combat this?
does caffeine intake affect like aimtraining in any way? and how so if it does
I mean overconsumption can make you shaky I guess, some people have a little crash but when it’s wearing off
But I mean focus, reaction time, and muscle coordination but can cause anxiety and jitters
yeah i just got on a detox just incase it was fucking up my scores but idk if its the caffeine in general or my body getting used to it cuz i used to consume caffeine before aimtraining abt a year ago aswell and that time i hit jade complete in 2 weeks
A tolerance can start after 3-7 days I think but it differs for everyone
Do you know how much you would consume?
wow u guys going hella deep in the aim rabbit hole

I was just curious because recently I feel like I’ve been having problems shaking even on lower sens like 80-100cm
How do I deal with burnout from shooters in general without losing my consistency?
the question is aim training this much really worth it if you’re not pro?
why would hand muscles effect a sens that is primarily shoulder + arm
I mean I also shake on high sens lol
are you shaking on low sens?
Both range
Is it even worth playing games if you’re not getting paid
Not everyone is aim training with the desire to go pro, the aim training aspect is a discipline which results on progress of itself
I can promise you that there are people, just like me who aim train for fun and because they strive for improvement and not for monetary desires
idk I find it fun to improve at something doesnt mean I gotta be a pro
is it worth cooking if youre not a chef
funny thing is i used to be a cook and started as an enthusiast
I respect the grind. But I remember watching a pro esport’s guy’s video saying he’d be depressed if he didn’t get a following on twitch
Cause he spent over 100+ hours on overwatch when he could’ve learned a language or get a girl or focus on his studies
hello, id like to know, is the grip on the mouse really that crucial for having good aim? i have a disability that deformed my hands over time, i dont want to go into much detail but i basically have to drag the mouse by pressing on the top of it, i cant hold it by the sides. ive been gaming all my life tho without feeling like im at a disadvantage but now that i started aim training i do feel it hard to progress
is training for the marathon worth it if you aren't gonna place well? is riding the bike worth it if you aren't gonna go race?
ur cooked bro
🥺
tbch it really depends, although if ur commited you could custom make a mouse
ive 3d printed my own
that sounds feasible, is it too hard to learn how to make those kinds of models?
a whole mouse? how did you make the sensors and that stuff
not all of it, i print the structure and put with atachment points for a board (im thinking of buying a ulx and stealing the board rn)
its just CAD, id reccomend Onshape purely because it's free, and id say you should be prepared to reprint a whole bunch of times with minor changes to get it right
optimum tech printed his own mouse if you want video resources, he sells it as a product now
ill definitely check it out, thank you
ur welcome
chat do sleep routines & sleep schedules greatly impact aim
Yeah
Good sleep habits and overall health can greatly contributed to increased performance in any game
they contribute to everything in life
Hey, wanting to play for 10 hours or so a day , how much of this time needs to be break time and how often for this to be possible ( im starting the 1hp exercises and stretches today also)
I dont have any injuries just trying to prevent one. Only about 3 hours would be kovaaks rest maybe bo6 or overwatch
10 hours a day? bro do u have a JOB?
I'm playing through VDIM Tracking II scenarios, and I'm getting nauseous. I think it has to do with the emphasis on reactivity and that the bot is moving erratically and super fast on my screen, especially the close range strafes. Is it just me?
@wraith musk sort of, i play poker for a living so im at the pc anyways
Its really good money so i dont have to do that many hours
must be nice how u get into it
playing poker online 💔
I studied took courses and coaching for about three yearss while working a minimum wage job
No 3 hours and like 7 of games
I cant do much more than 3 hours on kvk without issues
Im just trying to put in extra effort both in health / responsible exercise and stretches, and aim training ,to maybe speed up the time it takes
im struggling to reduce the hours since i have bad discipline, its fun so i do it just working with knowing myself. im a bit above jade rn i believe
very underrated aspect: maxing out most/all your nutrients. I use cronometer.com, but I think most apps/sites have something similar
thanks
@hollow jewel
start alcohol maxing
@white cipher
hi everyone
how much time daily/weekly ideally should i spend on exercises and going outside?
now i'm sitting at home almost all the time and only doing some stretches/warmup after getting up
most people who exercise aim for about 4 times/week
6-8hrs of exercise
and you really dont need more than that
if your goal is just maintance you can do even less haha
but the trick is to just get it as a habbit
As much as u can
gotcha
what about going outside? Should i try to do it daily?
hi party people im an overwatch player and ive been attempting to get into aim training as i feel that my aim os somewhat holding me back but ive noticed i feel like intense physical burning pain in my wrist every time i try. ive done stretching beforehand im actively made sure im not deathgripping and tensing my wrist/arm and its still consistent.
an oddity that ive noticed is it feels like the more precise it is the worse it hurts, like if its slow tracking based or smaller targets it hurts more, but say for example gridshot ultimate on aimlabs feels near perfectly fine.
idk whats going on man 😭 i run 800 4.4 in ow and i transfer that to the aim trainers i use
