there is zero downside unless you have cripplingly bad eyesight and the depth perception of pushing the monitor 10cm further away is an issue

it also makes anything non gaming soooo much better

i would never buy anything less than 32 inch personally now, its soooooo much nicer

Ummm aimlabs probably isnt the best way to train for R6. Your better off doing T hunt drills, angle cleaning in customs, then cleaning angles in death match. The entry drills are ok but they're not as good as the actual game. Aimlabs is ok to warm up but not really for training and long term improvements

How do I use this fov calc for kovaaks? https://themetalmuncher.github.io/fov-calc/ With it I have the vFOV for my aspect and hFOV, but not sure what 'fov measurement' to select in kovaaks. Do I select R6 Siege and put in the vFOV number the calc gives?

Even then, you can just not worry about it. FOV is for your gameplay, not your mechanics. You're training muscle movement in Kovaaks, not trying to see your targets better to gain an advantage. FOV is essentially irrelevant to training proper movement even if it may 'feel' slightly different; your muscles are being utilized all the same.
