switching alot recently... idk, there are days where i try a faster one and it works, and the next day i have shit aim with it and go to a lower sens. Im somewhere between 45cm-55cm/360 on ADS.
im using a multiplier and 1600dpi, so my ingame values will probably not help, use this calculator from the pins to find the cm/360 values for your settings: https://jscalc.io/calc/owqD7YSQyTD3Rli1
with default values it would be something like 35-45 ingame, but ADS sens ingame is also dependent on your hip sens. so, 35 ADS with 8 hip is very different from 20 hip and 35 ADS. its really hard to compare ingame values. using the calc makes it more comparable.

i usually main support/flex for attack for example which gives me a good amount of ops to pick from
