its the same as tile frenzy flick 180, it's a great way to get your arm moving when warming up but not very useful for training other than speed

i've come to the opinion that warming up the muscles you are using when aiming is pretty muhc how a warmup works

i can do 15 mins of nothing but 1w4t and hop onto siege and my aim will feel really uncomfortable and not warmed up

whereas if i do smoothbot using the whole pad and tile frenzy flick 180, even though i didnt really warm up the stuff i'll use in siege, i'll actually feel surprsiingly warm simply because im using the whole pad and all the muscles in my arm
