Is it worth it? Depends on how bad your aim is, or if you find aimtraining entertaining and you don't care about putting time and effort into getting better aim when you play a game that isn't aim intensive at all

#

You can be a decent player without great aim, but of course, there's benefits to having good aim, like being able to do the shit papi does with c4s every time weird , maximizing your efficency as a gunner, giving you opportunities you normally wouldnt have, giving you an edge over your opponents in most of your fair gunfights where neither you or your opponent have a clear advantage in positioning, and being able to trust your ability to hit your shots when needed is pretty good

Aimtraining is probably worth it if you want to be the best version of yourself as a player with a good all rounded skillset, but I would make sure to prioritize playing the game and practicing all the other stuff that will probably help you out a lot more in most of your engagements with other players like movement, crosshair placement, positioning, time management, recoil control and a lot of other things you can think of over aimtraining

Different sensitivities require different mouse movements

This isn't fully true.

The idea that using a much higher/lower sensitivity will use entirely different muscle groups that are not developed is a flaw.

All sensitivities will use the same muscle groups- just for different ranges of character movements. Each muscle will still eventually be used, and they will all still be used in the exact same way (because it's not like a muscle can do anything other than relax or contract). They are just activated under different in-game scenarios.

The only thing that changes is the frequency to which each muscle is used. That shouldn't mean they're underdeveloped though. If your mouse control is underdeveloped for a muscle group, then your practice is flawed. Your training should focus and train each muscle group to a well developed state, ideally. The amount of muscle groups you primarily use in-game is a different story, but you shouldn't just neglect the others during your practice.
