Instead of talking for everyone you should look at the other games first. R6 compared has not that much of a problem with cheaters, the system works fine as intended not like in cs:go although they are fixing it now.

And in game like R6 it's way more difficult to recognise a cheater which makes people guess left and right. Unless they are blatant.
