I just watched the first round, don't lean spam during gunfights, it's arguably easier to hit Ur head when u do it out in the open like that, and it's harder to hit Ur own shots.The Ur camera placement was iffy, but u'll learn better spots with experience. Rushing shields isn't the play, especially of there's 2ppl left alive, and u dunno where the second one is. Don't panic when a blitz flashes u like that, but Ur prob Gona die in that situation anyway. So basically don't chase shields

Also if u wana sit on cams for that long in a cas, I'd recommend getting Valkyrie

learn aiming like you would learn a musical instrument - master the technique slowly at first
flick fast but take your time on the correction
restart if you miss in the first 10 secs

The idea of siege is the best. 10/10 likely best game on the market, probably top 3 FPS games ever.
Realization, technical condition, how the players play make it a much worse game.
It's also not an easy one to get into. But it's very unique, and still very good. It's worth it, especially on sales. When you buy it, you have a chance of liking it. You will likely spend hundreds or thousands of hours if that's the case.

It's also not really action heavy untill you get to top end of the player base.
Which means it's slow. Alike tarkov, it requires some patience.
So it's not for everyone.

And it's also a very team heavy game. So having people to play with, or the ability to look for people(spoiler alert: it's not sparky discord and it takes time and effort and a lot of tries) is very much recommended

#

Also it's one of the most satisfying games to watch, equal or second to DOTA I'd say

Audio-visually it's one of the best games in FPS market, probably the best
Gunplay is amazing
I like the fact that you can grind guns, I love progress farming
Balancing and game mechanics make it much worse tho
And it might become stale after like 40 hours if you grind it unless you grind search and destroy

It's somewhat old, but I would say it's a good game
Keep in mind not everyone has the same opinion and I don't have large FPS background besides siege and BRs

youd probably want to have your ADS sens slower than your hipfire

slower sens is often better in siege

#

and you dont want to have to turn around with a hipfire of like 50cm

#

its easier to put your hip at like 30cm

They weren't necessarily lost, they definitely weren't very good tho (we ended 9-3 on kafe). The only huge mistake was probably jager not having laundry hatch open and valk trying to flank red. Melusi was spotted by a drone set up on library so w/e, the positioning was pretty bad even then especially because she could've gone back to site when aruni got that pick on pillars (should've been playing by default plant hiding probably). Then aruni and kaid kinda had to do whatever to make it work so I can't blame them. You'd be surprised by how uncoordinated teams can be, that was 4 dias and a P1 iirc aPES_Laugh

I feel like ubi messed up the 1.5 and 2x sens since they added fov scaling (at least according to cyn and toast's calc) but they did it for 16:9 (ratio between hfov and vfov is bigger than on other aspect ratios) and that's why 1.5 and 2x feel a bit too fast on default SL sens

Right I looked into it to be sure, so the calculations use the Vfov, but this leads to no difference than if you was to use hfov the adjustment remains the same. We do know the new ADSmultipliers and essentially you just use algrebra to get what would be the Old ADS value and then use that in calculation for the sens

CL on all of latam (br, south and mx) are gone for now and the teams that will compete in each one are the top ones from the 3 liga sixs (each liga six is divided in 4 mini tournaments and you get points awarded for placement in them)

TL;DR of the "bardpill" (static aiming training method):

learn aiming like you would learn a musical instrument - master the technique slowly at first
flick fast but take your time on the correction
restart if you miss in the first 10 secs
restart on 4th miss
