no but it feels different, since it's more zoomed / there's less screen space being show your sens will probably feel slightly faster

it's still the same sens and cm/360 though

won't take you more than a few mins max to adapt though, it's nothing to worry about

yeah, you have a smaller view cone (smaller angle) so the same camera rotation (same mouse displacement) covers a larger portion of it and it looks faster

You can try to make hardlink and verify files in uplay. It'll probably just override a couple of small files. Then you can make a backup of them and switch to steam, verify there, backup steam files. Then just switch files when you switch accounts
