The Kovaaks calculator does not work for people using pre Shadow Legacy ADS settings. I use 55 ADS standard (for all scopes), my 360 cm when ads-ed is about 40cm just under my mouspad length, however according to the calculator it is 50. So there is not a working calculator for people using pre Shadow Legacy settings. I may have done something wrong as im extremely stupid but if not does anyone have any advice?

Play for skill, not for rank(however this does guarantee rank long term)
Add people who play and call good in your games, try to play with them, remove them if they start being bad/toxic
Focus on your basics: gamsense on both micro and macro level, movement, crosshair placement etc, try to isolate them and practice them since it's more efficient
Play constantly to improve, try new things
If you want to aim train - sure do, it isn't nessesary, however combined with the mental effect of added confidence it gives a decent bonus
