Samsung B-Die can get to 4500+mhz, or get 3200 on very very very low cas latency, either way it is gonna destroy most other non S-Tier dies. They difference in overall latency can be well over 20ns, the difference in overall bandwith can be up to 10GBps. That difference is huge.
Also, don't use FPS as metric of in game perfomance, put research into frametime and 1%, .1% lows
