It's normally only a problem with siege as well, I seem to do extremely well on one match, and then I'll bottom frag and go 2-7 the nextr round

there's just too much outside of your control

so sometimes you'll pop off because the enemy team made huge mistakes, and sometimes you'll get destroyed because of your teams decisions

The faster your muscles move, the more tense they need to be. It's impossible to not, so no, it's not uncommon. What you shouldn't be doing is keeping them tensed. Tensing locks smaller/finer muscle groups that are obviously required to make finer movements. So keep your hands as relaxed as possible at all times, even though it's not always possible.

A. Aim training in general is significantly less effective than game practice due to the nature of siege.
B. Aim training can still be fun and beneficial, and it can help you a lot w/ confidence and having to concentrate on your aim less.
C. If you want to aim train, do it properly. Use kovaaks, play useful scenarios/routine, set up your kovaaks properly, play to improve, learn to analyze yourself as fast as possible, always focus on your weaknesses, implement the same mental techniques in game and think about in game situations while doing kovaaks.
D. If you want to improve at siege, specifically at killing people:
D.1 Do Vladrs Movement routine
D.2 Play thunts while focusing on movement, crosshair positioning and both at the same time
D.3 Play some rankeds while focusing on movement, crosshair positioning, character micro and macro positioning, awareness
D.4 Overall play the game with a positive improvement mindset

Ideally you should do D1-D3 every day or two days if you play a lot
