Gsync isn’t to good it holds the frames produced by the gpu and syncs it up with the refresh rate of the monitor meaning that the frams sync up at the same time to reduce screen tearing it’s good for non FPS titles but don’t use it for FPS games
Basically let’s say your monitor refreshes 60times a second your gpu produces frames at 120times per second it’ll make sure the frames line up perfectly each time to produce a smooth non ghosting or screen tearing game
So it basically holds frames to line them up and sync it together
