I've been playing siege a lot more lately, so I set my holo sense to match the sense I tend to use in other games (31.6cm/360) Its been going fine but I notice most good aimers/pros use lower in this game, so should I lower and train a new sense or just stick with it?

I spent 18 months trying out every sensitivity from 9cm-80cm to find out objectively which is the best sensitivity area for a specific game type. Did tests and tracked scores and performance. Came out with the conclusion that the best (most consistent) range for tracking-based games (Apex, Quake) is 20-40cm. Best range for click-timing games (CS, Siege) is 40-60cm (1x). Best 'complete' range that uses both (Kovaak's) is around 30-35cm.
I use 47cm currently.

I'd personally just practice your main game's sensitivity if you're trying to improve in that one.

I heard it was 5v5. I don't expect this to be a training mode. I personally expect them to be testing small maps to eventually re-use as potential TDM / Training mode maps later on. There's no avoiding that every FPS Esport needs a mechanics training mode; they'll have to add one eventually and they are aware of it. Wouldn't be surprised if they'd make use of these smaller maps.

Someone asked me a question that I thought may be useful to share for others who are confused/struggling.
~"How do I find a good sensitivity for Kovaak's and Siege that I'll feel comfortable with? What sensitivity should I start with?"
Well it's good to understand that Kovaak's and Siege are vastly different. You already know that I'm sure, but it's important to realize how significant the differentiation in priorities are when it comes to aiming in Kovaak's vs Siege. In Kovaak's you don't need to move, the targets are usually much larger than a head, the bots are predictable, and there is no recoil. So for that reason it's easiest to play within a sensitivity range of ~30-35cm for Kovaak's scores. It's by far the most complete range for Kovaak's especially. YOU on the other hand are not going to be able to use that range if you're practicing for Siege, so you're no competition for the "upper-class" Kovaak'ers.
My point being: you will never feel comfortable both in Kovaak's and in Siege. One sensitivity will always be better/worse for the other. So do NOT get hung up on score performances when you feel more comfortable with a sens in game. Everybody does this. I do this. Kovaak's is a trainer not a contest.
As for what I usually recommend people who are confused on what sensitivity to run within the usual Siege 40-80cm range is:
I believe after testing every sensitivity range for so long that 40-60cm ADS is the most consistent at all Siege scenarios, which is most important- being consistent. Past 60cm (1x), you're just compensating for your lack of control (which is much easier controlled than too HIGH of a sens, but still you're very limited for the closer engagements). So I often suggest people who aren't confident in their sensitivity to run a 30-35cm hip and a 50~cm 1x to start from. If you feel like it's too slow, you can raise it from there until you perform comfortably, and vice versa. It's a good starting point that gives you a lot of flexibility and is commonly used by some excellent aimers who I averaged their sensitivities to be around.

In flow state you're heightening only your necessary sensory inputs (visuals, mainly) in order to focus.
That's why you'll miss teammate's callouts often and is why excellent aimers such as Shroud, Beaulo, even someone like Tfue, are all mostly quiet during their highlights. Also why you'll miss teammate's calls often.
Inversely, I believe this is a reason it's so hard to achieve Flow State in Siege. There's so much sensory information, and more especially there are so many callouts that are mandatory from 4 of your teammates. It's very hard to make use of that information while actually fully focusing- impossible, rather.
