Honestly if you’re aiming in siege you’re doing it wrong. You want to minimise actual aiming with good crosshair placement.

The game revolves around game sense the movement and aim is so slow in siege these days that mechanics don’t mean anything and it comes down to who knows the angles better and has better xhair placement

Older siege use to be more mechanical and mechanics mattered more and the game was faster paced.

If you wish to have a proper competitive experience

I suggest at least making it to diamond rank before you try to get into esl competitive

Through just playing ranked each season

And then try to find a team that can compete at challenger league level

Unfortunately the player base for this game is so small most teams below challenger league really don't know what they're doing at all so you will most likely have a bad team experience

With teams that are more serious about this game generally they trial people a lot longer and stick together as a team

Because that's needed to get to a challenger level

If you can't make it to diamond, that's fair enough, but if you know yourself that you can compete with the best, then you will have no problems proving yourself in trials

This game is also very very team based, you cant carry your team to a victory individually

but to get diamond

how is that possible

This is proven by people like shaiiko who can drop 25 or something kills in one pro league game and still lose the match

with no teammates

And if people see you are an insane player they will invite you to play with them, but becoming an insane player at the highest level in this game takes a very long time

Try those, usually a few decent players play them and if they see you are good might invite you to play ranked

But diamond isn't very hard if you are a diamond level player, you just need 1 or 2 teammates. And if you can play consistently at a diamond level people will want to play with you

As I said becoming consistent at that level takes an insane amount of time, and a lot of time is needed to join a team confident in its teamwork to have a good comp experience

but the people are not diamond that want to play

Well then my only advice is soloq until you get to plat 1 / diamond which is achievable with some luck
