There is no automatic BattlEye stat ban. It's the support that mostly makes false bans. If there would be an automatic stats ban so many players would have been banned.
Hungry said as well that there isn't an automatic stat ban.

which was weird to see but thats because of hidden mmr

yea but i think they said something like even a cooper can reach diamond when he plays enouhg even thouhg he will only play against the lowest 10% his rank will show diamond

which is like defeating the purpose of a rank
