i think this is a component of speed, if you do fast jumps you will find your aim not as snappy, since you have to do more mouse movements. if you have good speed in osu you could snap to those fast appearing circles

like, for example, in fast square jumps you would just make a more rounded shape with your cursor, cuz you dont have the speed required to snap to each and every circle in the square pattern

when you look at how mrekk plays, his cursor snaps to each circle in a jump pattern, cuz he is a very fast player, and he has good aim
