https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-to-start-exercising this is linked under improvement process and in it it sais that Carbs are particularly important, as they can fuel your muscles before exercise which is wrong i don't have a lot of proof that's easy to link but i can try and find some if someone is interested. it also sais that you should do the exercises 3-5 times which isn't necessary for improving your health and obviously puts yourself at a much greater risk of injury as its a health routine not a body building routine i presume the main goal from weighted and body weight exercises is to get stronger the ideal sets for strength training is 1 becasue it only takes 1 set to failure to use all of your fast twitch fibres, additional sets after this are pointless because you will just be relying on your slow twitch fibres which have a minimal correlation to strength.

finally most of the food you eat before going to sleep will just get turned into unhealthy fat which would be counter productive to the exercise in the 1st place.

ive been trying rawaccel + Sensrandom for past week or so even outside kovaaks and actually don't even notice it, still usurping own highscores, really wild stuff if anyone's on the fence.

To add: I noticed it most at .5x and 2x, when it got to that range of offset from original dpi I would have to make a concious decision to take note of it, but ended up going .75/1.75 so there'd still be huge swings of variation but not half my DPI...
