Assuming you don't have poor movement and habits in-game

• Identify bad aiming habits in-game and during training (you can also see it when vodreviewing)
• Learn aiming drills and good habits (smooth tracking, smooth flicks in straight lines, when to focus on target and crosshair etc.)
• Carry them over in-game and consciously remind yourself to apply them (learn to self analyze)
• Like sports don't expect short-term results, think long-term (improving your technique is more important than your scores)
