Nah, that's jitter aiming. Recoil smoothing is basically making smooth horizontal lines. If you do it at just enough speed and smoothly enough you won't get any recoil.

High sens means you're forced to use less arm/wrist, helps isolate fingertip control. Reactivity with high sens will especially stop you from tensing/overreacting because you'll make it harder to track or visually process.
