Ranked is just about making smart decisions. Some fights aren't worth taking, and pushing just because of a crack doesn't ensure you'll win especially if you push carelessly and get beamed back.

hello, I have no problem reacting in kovaak scenarios, like close tappy strafes etc. But when it comes to apex i struggle unless i focus 100%. I think part of the reason is because theres so much visual clutter in apex. I'll end up getting confused when someone is tapping ad especially when their skin blends in with the background. you need to play the actual game, to be able to aim with a lot of going on, on the screen in apex.
Kovaaks is easy, there is no external parameters, like footsteps, shots, enviroment sounds, visual clutters like in apex.
So if you wanna get over it , play the actual game. In the past there was incredible muzzle flash, you had to shoot the people just predicting how they would do sometimes, since it was impossible to see the enemy.

once i did that the concepts started to merge
u just gotta put a real target person in front of you and have them agree to 1v1 you and be your practice partner, usually do this after your kovaaks routine
then play, do that for a 4-5 months
you will start being consistent just dont stop the kovaaks routine tho or you will lose it
