Every sens has weak areas and strong areas, don't second guess everything when u notice 'oh I wish I had faster or lower' or whatever

most important thing to me in apex is how it feels to look around just navigating and checking angles, if that feels to slow or too fast everything else suffers way more than the 5% better aim im missing out on by not using my best sens for raw aiming

"aim" training is more to gain control of your mouse and get comfortable with it

the thing with apex is if you're smooth while tracking someone your horizontal recoil is less i believe
so it would probably be best to practice being smooth while you track and not tense up
and keep that same mindset while you aim train as well as while you're in game

Yes, if you smoothly track left or right you negate your recoil. It requires a certain, and consistent minimum pace

This ranked season is a wake up call for a lot of people, you said you haven't played for ten seasons so you struggling to get out of bronze is reasonable right now. If you're jumpmaster try to land somewhere that's totally uncontested. People in those ranks tend to be scared if you play aggressive also
@violet sphinx if you REALLY want to climb you can run if your team has lost a fight, try to rat top 10, if your aim is sick you can try third partying people in bronze even if you're solo, try to long range some kids and get some KP

I don't think they have anything MMR related in their system - my suspicion is that it is merely ping and rank badge based...no MML or MMR related calc is being done is my guess..
They want to phone it in and have their points system kill 7 birds with one stone (hint - it isn't). That is why solo is so bad, they dont need an MMR adjustment because the points system is doing everything for them
Every match you are inserted into has the same assumption: this is a fair match, and your likelihood of performing well in this match is the same as all other matches you have played in this tier
They have a few bandaids to counteract that - more or less kp for killing a badge rank higher or lower than you. Also the different RP entry fee for each rank
But even still, it is really really bad math. I think they decided that calculating MMR for a 60 person server isn't feasible or worth their time

it doesnt matter which sens you play, recommendet is 30-50 cm, that is what pro Player use. I play 49cm. In aim Lab I play 25-200 cm Sens. You can learn to play any.

I find 1:1 is only really useful if you use low sensitivity.

itll feel faster but youll get used to it quickly and it wont feel weird going from kovaaks to apex
