a mechanic designed for controller/aimassist but what it does is if your mouse/crosshair is moving at a certain speed u get no recoil is the main bit of it

Ranked is less about aim and more just making smart plays, having good positioning, and good rotations.
Also a decent enough understanding of the map flow for whatever is on the split. KC you never want to draw out any fights because of how easy it is to get third partied.
Absolutely. As someone that solos to masters my aim isn't that great, but I'd say maybe one in ten games I'm getting teammates that generate close to my damage. Hell, we saw last season plenty of people hitting masters just by running and hiding and getting placement.
I personally agree, but it's a proof of concept nonetheless. You gotta play the system, and at the end of the day unless you have three equally good aimers with good teamwork you can't just zerg a ranked lobby except maybe Storm Point/World's Edge.
It's amazing how many times I'll see teams throwing RP by taking unnecessary fights that put them in a really bad position.
Like max KP and favoured zone and they still push out to fight a team with 5 squads left.

personally I like the changes, yes it brings back the meaning of hitting a certain rank (eg. diamond, master, pred). Also it will help filter out the people who don't belong in their correct rank. For example when I solo q plat to diamond, I get a hardstuck plat player who rushes into fights without comms, but the only time they comm is when you are not near them and they are screaming at you to rez them across the map.
Overall it seems good and will make ranked a little more challenging and rewarding

its a comfort thing, just feel it out
generally speaking i like to tune my sights to be a lil faster then my regular mouse setting, like 1.1 sens for ADS

same issue here. On my way of fixing it, adjusted some of my visual settings ingame and on the Monitor i use (BenQ Zowie XL2456K). I played a lot of arena and really focused on being on the Target the hole time. I realized i lacked some speed so I changed my sens to a little bist faster one, to make it easier for me to adjust to the speeds of player direction and random no sound coming from my back typ a sh*t. I do enjoy the issue specific smoothness and precision routine for staying in target focus.

I used to get like 100 fps in dropship now I get 115-125
Solid 144 fps now
And game actually feels nice lol

starting from plat4 i saw huge gap between me(playing since season 1 with poor aim but great game sense) and my teammates (mostly randoms from discord lfg) last split and that split i just climb quite easy to d4 and 99% of games i have to decide what to do - when we want to fight when we dont want to fight, where we should move etc. Honestly my biggest strike was like below on plat1 top 4 and later on 6x top2 in row - max kp in each game. I can honestly say my KD is 1.0, right now after 1 month of constantly aim training im thinking about climb to master in current split bcs next split will be "biiiiggggg camppaaaa" like hiding in bush in old Fortnite :D. What can i say if you are taking 2x better decision you can be 2x better.

@ocean depot essentially the same thing, except instead of a singular input, it uses lurch stacking (tap strafing) to conserve momentum (5 strafes up, 5 strafes left etc. etc.)
