Clip your deaths, find a logical reason on what mistake you made that made you die, and keep it in mind not to die the same way next time (dying due to whiffing or bad aim doesn't count)
If you can find a pattern to your deaths and consistently find that the reason you're dying is due to something like positioning than fixing that will give you a noticeable difference in gameplay
And if you can't find a good reason that makes sense you can have someone decent vod review for you and not only tell you, but also give you an idea on what to look for in mistakes
Most people i vod review have a consistent reason to why they die within only the first few minutes of reviewing or first few clips
