It's mostly just trying to have your eyes keep up, but also making sure your mouse movements aren't making your eyes work harder than they need to.

When I do GPV I don't try to react to every single motion as much as I just try to smoothly track every motion my eyes can discern 100%

Otherwise you end up trying to play catch up, and if your mouse movement falls behind you'll end up usually going in the opposite direction to the bot, which makes it harder to see.
