if you can track smoothly and control a higher sens, it will be easier to control a lower sens

Look at Kovaaks as a tool to safely build good technique and mouse control in a stress free environment, with better time efficiency than most games, rather than something to try and replicate 1:1 situations in the games you play.

Just as weight lifting isn't about real world application, and instrument practice is about building finger independence and technique as opposed to just playing songs, Kovaaks is just a form of practice.
