I’d say I’m one of the worst aimers out of all of us (complete jade for dynamic clicking and evasive switching (whichever one has b180t) and literally gold for every other category), yet I have solo queued to diamond 3 and am slowly, yet consistently, progressing through diamond.gamesense and the ability to rotate safely will carry you through ranked. Even tho he’s in gold rn, he should be playing to win and max out on RP. Basically, play as though you had the aim of a gold and you will find ranked easy
