In Plat, don't worry about strats. Just think constantly "what do i do if im third partied".
In Dia, you usually want someone thinking "if we get third partied in 20 seconds, what should we do".
Plat doesn't really need to worry about looking into the future, cause you can usually just armor swap and ego the 3rd party.
But in Dia, they'll 321 someone as they grab an armor swap, and you'll have to like quickly get a bubble->valk ult off.
