i think you play too aggressive in the sense that when you see a player you tunnel onto them without knowing whats around you or without having good positioning, you're good enough to win almost every 1v1 but you rely too hard on that

Firstly don't int into players, push when you know you can safely get away or their team won't all push you at once

Second try to be more aware of whats going on and where players are or how many there are, if you don't really know whats going on then either Q, get a safe distance away from the big fight/groups of teams or get a better angle to gather info from safely

Lastly plan around your Q and make sure you're using it more when you need to escape, there were three times where your q would have saved the game in those few matches you did
