What I do in firing range @alpine trail is I'll practice ads beams while moving right to left and left to right. I won't try to actively recoil control focusing on my arm at all. All I try to do is look at the target and make it look crystal clear to me and hopefully the beam is to my standards

most things that are game sense related like positioning and awareness are all locked behind knowledge checkpoints, as soon as you know what you can do better you are immediately a better player in that regard. Things like mechanics and fighting are a bit similar but also need practice to perform them, for example you can know that your strafes are bad and how to improve them but you will still need to go into matches or firing range and actively get used to changing your strafes up to improve
you can make vods for yourself if you don't know where to improve and ask players here for help on what can be done better, just focus on improving one aspect at a time and you will see massive growth
