This lets me track super well and reliably, but I'm a little concerned about having to do crazy arcing turns when tracking someone like an octane on a jump pad going over my head. Do you think it's still doable with that sens?

You'd have to play around with it for preference

there are drawbacks to reaching both sides of the spectrum

1.2-1.8 800dpi is a very common sens range among pro and high tier players, which is like 28-45ish cm iirc

then there are outliers like monsoon, who is extremely capable on a very low sens of around 60cm - just find what feels good if it works it works
