i play ranked essentially like pubs too i like to take every fight i can

it just seems like i get way more nervous or something in pubs

and i get shit on way more often

Ranked is probably better to grind if you want to improve in fights

Since people will value their life a bit more (depending on what rank you're at)

and thus have to make smarter decisions instead of just W key pushing like monkeys

especially off drops for instance

you don't see 10 teams contesting estates in ranked ever

pubs are fine to grind too, its funny you have it switched

i think more people get nervous in ranked play than pubs
