aiming is relative to how much you use your arm, wrist, and fingers. the more you use these, the better you get at aiming

let's say you suck at low sens, that's just because you don't aim with your arm enough so you're not comfortable with the movements needed for said sensitivity

your aim isn't tied to a specfic sensitivity

also if you hold m1 during reload or near end of reload, you can also buffer shooting at first possible frame

do not have to wait for full animation sometimes
