warning is usually done by bot that DMs user so user don't know who warned him, no one in chat see that someone is warned etc

I don't necessarily think moderation is too strict, it just seems that it jumped from a long wave of leniency & nobody paying attention to apex chat, to all of a sudden a lot of bans of regulars/great members of the community who made slip ups, wrote stupid things that don't belong in VT, or caught in the heat of the 'drama' so to speak.
