Sticks naturally jitter, to counter this they force an aim smoothing filter that reduces responsiveness and makes it harder to have precise micros cuz they get smoothed out. Rc filter counters the aim smoothing filter so the sticks feel more responsive and no longer have input smoothing

The jitter is bad but not as bad as having dog shit input smoothing constantly cucking your aim
