one, it looks like your sens is way too fast
two, stop crouch spamming its not helpful and just gets you headshot, crouching can be helpful occasionally to throw off someone's ability to read your movements or against certain weapons or if you are very low on health but spamming it is bad

for aim, i realized and genuinely think that my stretched res (1440x1080) could be affecting a lot of it. since targets move way faster, although i like the feel on it but i noticed how my tracking just lags behind a lot and it doesn't match my reading. so i might really need to go up more in terms of resolution. i've been practicing lots of aim on strafing targets in r5 but haven't really seen any progress.
for strafing, that's where i'm really bad at since i just get beamed so easily even against people who are bronze or silver 😭. i'll look at the video you sent.
