so if you watch gameplay of someone on high fov vs low, high fov often looks really smooth while low fov could look shaky even though their aim is the same, thats cause the targets are smaller in the middle and the distortion way bigger on the sides. when the target is bigger you can much more clearly see how you are aiming within the target

which helps you become actually smoother and actually read better since your little inconsistencies and shakes will be much more apparent

its still good to train on high fov sometimes to just stay familiar aiming on that fov since it does feel different, but your main training is prob better on 103

Every gun has a specific pattern(like CS) with a slight bit of randomness to the exact location

You just have to go in the range and shoot the gun and pay attention to how they all move

There's also things like recoil smoothing that help a lot in controling it too
