There's two main forms for "ras" strafing(the most common lurch strafe and a slight variation of a quad lurch strafe)

Going forward: Hold initial sideways direction(A/D) > Scroll wheel(tap strafe) > W(has to be after you're done scrolling) > opposite sideways > S.

Or slightly backwards: Initial sideways direction > scroll wheel > S > other sideways direction.

As with all lurch strafes you have 0.4 seconds to input all if this(consistently possible, but speed is an important note after getting the muscle memory down)

Your W input has to be individual from your scroll wheel, because if you hold W at all you won't get any lurch inputs from your scroll wheel(the game will prioritize the held button input over multiple scroll wheel instances)
