I was shocked when I queued with a friend that actually had a low level account in low mmr.

They exist but unless you suck you must get out of that queue extremely quickly. This game is so top heavy.

Record yourself play and it would become obvious why you're missing.
I do agree with you that when it comes to RAW aim, people at even gold/plat do more damage to you and miss less than I would expect. Part of the problem is this game doesn't have consistency of rank. You can go into a silver game with master/pred in it and you're going to ignore the 10 bots you killed and focus on the 1 dude who 1 clipped your ass who really isn't at that level.

Two obvious things to keep in mind

• AMD and NVIDIA have biased perforamance to DX11 (or less) and DX12. I believe AMD (in the past) was usually getting better DX12 performance.

DX12 and DX11 have different preference for single vs multi core so your specific CPU is going to make a difference.

On my first time playing again I noticed that reshade isn't working anymore so I assumed that it got automatically uninstalled as well

But today it works again
