Maybe not the answer you want but if it's seriously 10-15 mins, get on r5 and do a 1v1 server for 10 mins, you'll be actually using guns and strafing, if you want a kovaaks playlist I use mav's smoothness and strafe scenarios some times

you do miss out on some things in vamp and i would say dodge in vamp is a little bit different compared to dodge in regular ones
but there is no better way to practice your reading and strafe aim
