Usually you press AWD/ASD in a lurch strafe when you want to carry over momentum from one direction to the other.
AWD or ASD overlap means you're going perfectly straight, forwards or backwards which is useful for keeping the angle of direction change as small as possible per lurch.

First point about slowing down aim is not strictly bad? I have never thought of aiming in that way because good "form" isn't just what you do with your hands mechanically, good form comes from knowing what to do from reading, and having the mouse control to execute on it as far as I'm concerned
This just feels like an odd way to do attempt something similar to underaiming without actually doing any underaiming, even on kovaaks the top aimers can underaim on the bots through their understanding of bot patterns
Point 2 is just "playing cringe wins you more fights", which is correct but isn't what r5 is for, metagaming should not be encouraged
Point 3 is also very r5 specific, that sort of conditioning does work, but notice how it only works from repeated fights against the same enemy, which happens occasionally on r5 and does not apply to fights in retail since those are one-off, going over dodge as a regular patterns is also the wrong approach IMO
Perhaps it's easier to understand for newcomers, but it's still a fundamentally wrong way to approach dodging as a whole
Overall it just left me confused honestly, I was expecting more about conditioning in terms of what happens in one fight (For example, AD spamming directly on a wall to play with the enemy's expectation that you will walk away from the wall)
