tsc timer and tick plus tsc sync policy enhanced
figuring out wich usb controller your mouse is on and isolating it (making it the only usb device on that usb controller) there with usbtree viewer is beneficial aswell
pollingrate stability can be checked with amits version with mousetester sadly its offline on github
