All I'm saying to you is you're shooting off the target for a decent amount of 2 bursts. I'm too lazy to download this and frame step it. Here's 1 frame with a bullet clearly being shot off target as an example.
Mind I was saying to Echo who clearly doesn't know how the weapon works that each bullet is an independent raycast so obviously hitting the first bullet does not mean you will hit each bullet after that. You need to keep your crosshair over the target when each bullet is released for the hit.
If it's not completely obvious, you can easily test it in the range by shooting off target with the prowler and dragging your crosshair over them mid burst.
