aim training is more technique training than anything else, its very condensed. If you wanted more in game training R5 1v1's would be your best bet
or even flowstate trainer in R5 as it has far better scenarios and setups than the firing range
r5 is a version of apex that is community run

Aim trainers are condensed technique training and mouse control, R5R is then where you can try and apply that training in 1v1's and then obviously playing the game as well
the one thing i will say in regards to R5R is it will probably be quite frustrating especially early, just tough it out. Its well worth it
