i dont think apex has any sort of stats based anti cheat or if it does it either only ban waves or is just really slow
like if someone has a certain acc and headshot % the game should just be able to ban them straight up as long as the sample size is large enough

u dont really need to ADS on r5 ranges in general, only do it when you are confident and want the extra accuracy

one of the best mnks on r5 literally just does not ADS ever

you do it especially with assault rifles which just removes all of your strafe speed

Also keep in mind if you drop ADS the first few shots are still accurate so you can ADS quickly for that boost and then go back to hipfire.

That way you can still be accurate but not be locked in ADS strafe speeds
